Helpful to have
I wanted to love this, but I can’t say I do. I’m giving it 5 stars only because the customer service team was EXCELLENT. They gifted this to me after I tried to return the item. I do enjoy it now that I’ve had it for some time. My only concern is that the light isn’t as expected. It’s not as bright because of the bear covering/holder. It comes out like a tint of red because of that. The other thing is the strap tends to come undone quite often, and it has landed on my son (thankfully not his face). The size is palm size which is convenient. It has a few soothing sounds and 2 little nursery songs. The bear design itself is adorable. The light itself inside is just a round button looking type of gadget. Personally, for the price, I would say you can find a cheaper alternative. I would say this should be $20 max. Other than that, it’s a good product.

Decent, but major flaw
Needed a portable, hanging white noise machine to sooth my newborn from time to time and for the most part, this noise machine works well. The construction is pretty solid with big and easy to press buttons for the light and the music/sound. Battery life is pretty good also, I probably went 8 hours straight once with this without missing a beat, which is more than enough for any nap my little one takes. The one major thing that bugs me and probably anyone grabbing this is that the machine only stays on one sound variation for 10 minutes or so before moving on to the next variation. This is absolutely a menace at times since the sudden change of sound from something more mild to a harsher sound can wake our baby up. It isn’t too bad when the volume is on the lower setting since the noise level are pretty similar between all the sounds, but if you increase the volume, it definitely can be jarring at times. If this can be fixed such that one sound stays put the whole time, this would’ve been the perfect portable white noise machine!

This Sound Machine Is So Close To Perfect!
This sound machine arrived fully charged, which was a nice surprise! Included is a short (about 10 inches) USB-C to USB-A charging cable.This is a nice size, lightweight, and the on/off switch and sound and light levels are easy to work. It is great that it has a cry sensor that you can turn on, so that sound will play automatically. It hasn’t turned on to other sounds, only to a cry. (No pets here, I don’t know if they might set it off.)What causes this to lose one star, is that there isn’t any way to choose a sound, and stick with that sound. The sounds cycle, no matter what – whether through the cry detection, or when turned on. I suppose this could be a benefit to many (though not my preference) still, it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Some of the sounds are lovely, but some… they aren’t what I’d want to hear, and have been startling, rather than soothing.If you’re okay with or prefer that the sounds change, this is a terrific device!

I was looking for a portable baby sound machine for travel and for long days out, and this one meets that need well. It offers six different sound options along with two melodies. The controls are simple once you understand them. A short press changes the sound, and a longer press adjusts the volume.Most of the sound options are soothing, though one or two could be a bit startling if the volume is set too high. Keeping the volume lower helps prevent that. One important thing to note is that the unit will rotate between sounds if it is left on, rather than staying on a single sound.The portability is what sold me, and it definitely delivers there. It provides good white noise and stays on for 30 minutes at a time. I really like the cry sensor feature, which automatically turns the sound back on for another 30 minutes if the baby wakes up. This simple feature makes my sleep quality a lot better.I felt the price when I ordered the item was a great deal. For all that it does, $26.99 was a steal.The design quality is very good, and it seems quite baby resistant. My toddler has picked it up, carried it around, and dropped it several times, and it has held up well. This makes it very functional in my house with multiple kids. Overall, this is a solid choice for a small, portable sound machine, and I would recommend it, especially for travel or on the go use.

Cute but the sounds change
I honestly do not really like the sound machine. It has some good qualities, like the style, and how cute and portable it is. But the biggest, drawback, and the thing that I think takes off most of the stars is the fact that the music, or the sounds change. I don’t know what their thought process was about that because I don’t know any mom who would appreciate some thing like that on a sound machine, but it is what they did. After about 10 minutes the sound of changes and you have to catch it before it wakes your sleeping baby. I think the bear look and the color is super cute. The quality of materials used are pretty nice and I like that the plastic, it’s like a softer silicone feel, but not sticky. And it attaches to my car seat or my backpack easily.

This was awaken for traveling. I love to use this in the stroller when we go places. Soothes my baby to sleep and also keeps him calm. Very easy to attach to the stroller or car seat.
