Why you will love the Cocoon Swaddle Sack
Peace of mind
The easiest, most effective way to swaddle, keeping your baby safe and soothed for sleep when they’re not in your arms .

Firm, Stretchy Fit
Calms startle reflex, comforts and soothes baby, and allows for natural arm movement, full chest expansion and healthy joint development.

3 Ways to Swaddle
Swaddle your baby the way they like; with their arms-in, arms-out (by opening the snap buttons), or pair with the Butterfly Cardi to sleep arms-up.

TOG-rated for warmth
TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures thickness and warmth of sleepwear. Right TOG helps your baby sleep safely and comfortably in any room temperature
What is TOG?
TOG stands for “Thermal Overall Grade”, a measurement of thickness & warmth for baby’s sleepwear.
Why TOG Matters?
TOG-rated wearable blankets remove the guesswork to keep baby warm and safe without loose blankets
How many TOG types?
TOG ratings match different room temps:
lower TOG = lighter fabric, higher TOG = warmer fabric.

2 Why TOG Matters?

Arms in
Swaddling arms-in can help prevent the startle reflex, which can wake a newborn up from sleep.
Arms Out
Cocoon Swaddle Sack features easy arms snap buttons allowing you to convert it to arms-out sleeping.
Arms Up
Pair Cocoon Swaddle Sack with the Butterfly Cardi to help baby transition to arms-up sleeping.
What do I wear underneath the Cocoon Swaddle Sack?
On cooler nights, layer with our TOG-rated Rompers using the ergoPouch What to Wear Guide under a Cocoon Swaddle Sack to help keep baby comfortable and warm for safe sleep. For warmer temperatures, dress in a light bodysuit or diaper underneath.
What TOG rating do I choose for the Cocoon Swaddle Sack?
Choose a suitable TOG based on your baby’s room temperature. Place a thermometer in their sleep space before birth to track how temperatures change throughout the day and night. Then use our What to Wear Guide to select the right TOG.
What size Cocoon Swaddle Sack do I choose?
Choosing the right size for your baby’s weight is important for safety and a firm swaddle feel. Follow our Size Guide to find the best fit for your baby. When buying for a newborn, we recommend starting with a Newborn size.
How do I use the Cocoon Swaddle Sack?
Lay your baby on top of the Cocoon Swaddle Sack and zip up from the bottom. You can choose to have their arms inside the swaddle down at their side, across their chest, or open the snap buttons to release arms for arms-out sleeping.
Can my baby sleep with their hands up near their face while using the Cocoon Swaddle Sack?
Yes, simply open the arm snap buttons to convert to the arms-out option, allowing for hands-up comfort and a gentle transition to independent sleep. Add a Butterfly Cardi if your baby still has a startle reflex and needs their hands contained.

Great swaddle and sleepsack combo
Love these! My baby likes to have his arms out and this has enough of a “swaddle” feel without his arms in. Expensive but very well made. You can use the snaps to keep their arms in or open them up depending on preference. It can be either a swaddle or sleepsack. I like that they can move around but still feel secure. I got the green and blue in 2 different sizes. Wish there were more colors and designs but like the ones they do have.

Great great product
I love this little sleep sack. It is honestly one of my go-to’s and one of my baby’s favorites. It is very easy to use. And it has a double zipper where I can usually change baby at night without having to wake him up and take him all the way out of the sleep sack. It’s really cute and it fits so well even though it says it’s a small. He’s now 3 months and he hasn’t grown out of it yet, which I really love and it’s not too hot when he sleeps because he gets really warm at night and it’s quite comfortable because she seems to love this one too. As soon as I put him in it he settles down and settles in. I want another one.

Worth the money
I bought the 2.5 TOG in size 0-3 months for my three week old granddaughter. She loves a swaddle and we’re experiencing a very cold stretch this winter so I thought we could give this a try. I just ordered a second one fore her because she has had it on day and night for five days now. My daughter said it’s the best swaddle they’ve had – it’s warm and easy to get the baby changed in it, they like that they can open up the sides and let her arms out to move around, it’s soft and warm, and the baby is comfortable in it. For sizing, the baby is currently about 20” long and 10.5 lbs and the swaddle has a few inches of room in the length to grow into and it easily zips over her arms but is snug enough for her to feel swaddled. It’s stretchy so hoping this size will get her through the worst of the winter months. I purchased the newborn size originally but I couldn’t even get it zipped, but my granddaughter is a little chunk!

The best sleeping sack ever!
The best pouch I’ve found. My newborn loves it. I’ve used size 3-6m since she was born and it worked great, didn’t need a smaller size. Snug fit makes baby feel swaddled and helps them relax. The best feature is a two way zipper. I’m amazed how many sacks dot have it. I can change her diaper by just unzipping the bottom part and with minimal interruptions during the night. I also never understood sacks with velcros as the minute you try to open it up there is so much racket and any sleep your baby was having is out of the window. This sack has worked so well for us that I just bought another one.

Nice and cozy, will grow with the baby, runs a little big
So far we are liking this swaddle for our 6 week old. It definitely runs big so we have to put a thin swaddle on underneath it to keep his arms tight. It is VERY long but not a problem for us since we’ll be able to use it as a sleep sack when he gets bigger. It is a thicker/heavier material and soft on the inside which is great for where we live since it gets cold this time of year. We also like that this swaddle will be able to grow with him and eventually become a cozy sleep sack once he starts rolling and his arms need to be out.

High quality and comfortable
My baby loved this. Used it with tucked in arms and arms outside of the sleep sack. Very high quality and will make a great hand me down for many babies.

Every Baby is Different, but for Flailing Caterpillar Babies, This is the One You Want!
I’ve had three babies and each one preferred a different swaddle type which has been more expensive for us but also so informative. Our first baby wanted to be a Cactus and after several tries, we found the Love to Dream arms up swaddles to be the absolute best brand for those. Our second baby wanted to be a burrito, and he just loved being swaddled in warm fuzzy blankets and later long-sleeve fuzzy sleep sacks. Brand didn’t really matter for that one. This third baby loves to be a Caterpillar, and the cocoon swaddles are his favorite. After reviewing and trying a couple different cocoons, this brand has become our absolute favorite. They’re soft, and they wash well and continue to be soft. So so easy to zip on and off and zipper quality is great! You only have to zip up the bottom to change the diaper at night which keeps the babies hands nice and cozy and keeps him more calm and asleep. This baby is a mover and a flailer, so he wacks himself even with the Love to Dream arms up style swaddles. This one keeps him nice and secure with just the right amount of wiggle room. He’s never slept better. If your baby also has wild arms, crazy startle reflex and the desire to be a little Caterpillar, get this. It’s pricey but you won’t regret it! We don’t, not at all.*Also mentioning we keep our house very cold at night and the first one we owned was 3.5 thickness. But those ones are like $70, so this time we opted for thinner material for less money and are giving him fuzzy fleece jammies underneath. This .2 thickness is perfect for daytime naps, and we just dress him a little warmer at night.

Weak hold for a swaddle
The concept of this swaddle is nice if you have a baby that isn’t strong enough to break out of a swaddle. Otherwise the hold on this swaddle is weak and baby’s arms get out fairly easily.

Molto morbido e leggero. La zip fa parecchio rumore quando viene chiusa, quindi se deve essere utilizzata come swaddle e messo il bimbo addormentato è possibile che si svegli. Do 4 stelle perché è parecchio costoso (36 euro)

Super Puck-/Schlafsack.
