Great gate for our new puppy!
We had bought a cheaper gate to keep our puppy in my office space when I’m working, and it broke within a week. This gate is so much better! It’s metal, not plastic, and the gate swings easily and stays open or shut, as you wish, so easily. Installation is not as easy as I’d like, but the gate once installed is durable and totally fine for a puppy or a baby. And, best of all, it can be removed when no longer needed without any damage to the wall.

Sturdy and functional baby gate
This baby gate feels very sturdy and well-built, giving us great peace of mind knowing our toddler is safe around stairs and doorways. The installation was quick and easy, and the pressure-mounted design made setup hassle-free without damaging walls.One of my favorite features is the hands-free auto-close function, which gently closes the door behind you, along with the hold-open feature that keeps the gate open when needed both are incredibly convenient when carrying a child or moving around the house. The anti-trip pedal is a thoughtful safety touch, especially for stair use. Overall, this gate is easy to assemble, reliable, and does a great job keeping our toddler safe. Highly recommend!

Grade A Chinesium
To make this short and simple its grade A chinesium plastic and engineering.Within a week of having it the pivot screw that the gate swivels on fell out. The spring is not captive and luckily we found it and put it back together. It has to be tightened every so often. Next the plastic part on the bottom of the gate that pushes in when closing broke and had to be glued in place. The gate has to be lifted up and put into the slot on the bottom for it to close. Then the unlocking lever in the handle broke. To unlock the gate we have to squeeze the handle for it to unlock and then use something to slip in to the gate lock crack and retract the lock to open.

Works well as a puppy gate
I purchased this gate to keep my dogs out of my office. The adjustable width is an excellent feature, as well as the hold-open feature. The opening mechanism is easy to use (as opposed to some others I’ve seen) but note that it won’t always lock securely with an auto close. Installation isn’t quite as easy as one of the videos imply — you definitely need two people. Adjusting the spindle rods for a tight fit was more tedious than it should be but my package was also missing the little wrench for that task. We just used the pressure mounted approach and it’s holding up very well, even with a zealous puppy pushing against it. Overall, I’m very happy with the gate and would recommend.
