The microSD card comes pre-installed inside the camera, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. You don’t need to insert it manually.

The camera doesn’t pan or tilt smoothly. What shall I do?
The camera includes an auto-calibration feature to improve pan and tilt movement.
To use it, open the app and go to: Settings → Image Settings → PTZ Calibration
This will help recalibrate the pan-tilt motor for smoother movement.
I am moving the camera to another place. How shall I do?
Please reset the camera and re-pair it after relocation. To reset, gently tilt the lens upward to locate the reset button.

Don’t hesitate, put it in your cart!
This camera is AMAZING! Not only does it take 5min TOPS to set up, but the quality is also amazing! It even has amazing picture quality AT NIGHT!! It has 2-way talk, and you can spin the camera to either watch or set in different directions. I can be 1000+ miles away and as long as I have Wi-Fi, I turn the camera on, and it connects within seconds! I have left this camera on for 5 days and it stayed connected and has an option to send you a notification with Movement or even a “strange” sound. It is absolutely perfect and is very well worth the money!!

Great, easy to use product!
Very easy to set up – load the app, follow directions and plug it in! The recording capability is great – clear images, and will continually send messages if there is motion. There is also a chat option but haven’t used it yet. The product is small so it can be placed almost anywhere. Seems durable and is very functional. I was looking at something affordable and it hit the mark. Just purchased and very happy with this product.

Surprised at the quality of these cameras. Easy to set up. They do alot and no subscription needed. They come with their own micro SD card. You can use the app on your phone to change the direction of the camera. These are well made not cheap junk.

So Easy to set up!!
So I was trying to use programs to connect my 3d printer so I could remotely view my prints. Also make sure nothing bad was going on. I tried and tried with no success. Then I thought duh! Get a wifi camera that has an app for remote viewing and recording that doesnt require a subscription paid monthly to use it. Welp this is the camera that does all of it! No monthly or yearly subscription fees, has a nice app to view remotely, night vision, can pan the camera around to see the entire room. Picture is clear and crisp. Its perfect! I mounted it to the wall above my printer so I can get a birds eye view of the build plate through the top glass printer cover. Took me 5min to set up and download the app. Then another 15min to pick the perfect viewing location and mount it to the wall. Thats the other great thing about this. Its got anti slip feet for setting on tables. It also has a wall mount kit with anchors. So far I’ve driven 45min away from home and tested it. Opened the app and boom! Videos right there and instantly loaded up without lag. Definitely need to buy it if you need a baby monitor because it has 2 way audio. Or security, pets or viewing 3d prints like me!

Good Value and Quality
Except for needing a magnifying glass to read the manual, I am pleased with the easy of the camera and WI-FI setup and it comes with a SD card with 58 GBs of memory. Plus many more options.So far the picture is clear, the night view in black n white is clear. I like that you have the choice of regular or color video night vision. With it being wire (USB or included electric adaptor) you have 24/7 surveillance, No fees unless you want the premium service.It comes with settings for detecting human, pet, even baby crying. There is even a setting for privacy when you don’t want it to record at certain times.It gives you choices that many do not, I would recommend this. I bought the dual indoor camera package deal. I feel the price was reasonable.Looking to by their out door camera next.

Great value.
I have owned and used 4 other brands of camera and these are the best by far. I bought 7 of them, partially to replace Yi Home cameras that were still working and to add coverage to more areas. The Yi Home cameras were once very good but now are overrun with ads and solicitations to buy their cloud service. The absence of ads and solicitations is one of the main reasons I love my new cameras. There is none of that. Also, the setup was the most simple and user friendly of any camera I have owned. The picture is sharp and the motion sensing is smooth, quiet and flawless. The other brands I have used had AI available but at an extra cost. I never thought I needed it, but I have found it useful with my new cameras and it was included at no cost. The price was very reasonable for the features offered. I strongly recommend these cameras.

They work well
This is a great 2 pack of security cameras. They simply plug in, you download the App and you’re good to go. I use them for both security when we’re not home, but also as a baby monitor when my grandchildren are sleeping over. I did a lot of research before I bought these and I’m very satisfied with their performance.

Best Budget security option!!!
This has been one of my best finds on Amazon. My parents have used cameras with companies like Simplisafe for years now and this indoor camera is 1000x better. I wish there were more outdoor camera options! There is truly no subscription for the most important functions of the camera and the SD cards are preinstalled. I purchased to see my pet when I’m not home and it’s serving its purpose very well. The tracking is in beta for humans and pets, but even in beta I think it works really well! The connection can sometimes be a little unstable but that is usually because I am somewhere with bad service. The app is easy to use and set up everything you want the cameras to see and do. I want to buy more soon.

It is impossible to use this camera outside the USA because the App needed to operate the product is unavailable. The company that makes the product has confirmed this and has stated it will notify Amazon and take steps to inform potential customers on their website. Otherwise the sellers on Amazon outside the USA say nothing about the impossibility of using the product outside the USA due to the unavailability of the App.You have been warned. Do not give these sellers your money as the product will not work unless you are in the USA

As I leave my dog for a few hours occasionally, I wanted something that gave me peace of mind knowing what he’s up to. This product did exactly that. I had great clarity with 360 degree swivel. The best thing is that you don’t need a subscription to simply watch. If you wanted to store video, it has limited capacity and then you’d need a subscription.
