10/10 Baby Monitor
This is my third monitor and the best by far. I previously had an Infant Optics monitor that died a year into use and replaced it with a VTech monitor from our local store that broke within a week. I ordered this Eufy monitor the morning after the VTech broke and received it the same day.My pros: The picture is crisp, the monitor is sturdy, and I can use my phone to check on my baby if I don’t have the monitor handy. There’s no annoying lights I have to tape over on the monitor, it tunes out white noise, and both the camera and the monitor use USB-C cables. The cable for the camera is decently long as well. So far, I’ve had no issues with signal (a constant issue with Infant Optics) and it feels like it’ll survive a drop on the floor. The only minor con I have is that I wish the mobile app offered picture-in-picture.Basically, $300 later, I wish I had just bought this one to begin with.

Too loud at lowest volume setting.
We bought this one to replace an older Eufy model that stopped working. This new version is absurdly loud even at the lowest volume setting. The sensitivity is way too high and can’t be turned down; we will be returning this and buying the older version instead. It may be a good option if you want to hear EVERY sound your child makes, but way too sensitive for long term use.Pros: It does have great picture quality, works well in low light, and the connection is very straightforward. Battery life is good.Additional cons: Monitor falls over easily due to round shape, it takes much longer to turn on than old version, and sound is much more delayed than old version.

NOT safe or reliable for 2 cameras simultaneously
Worked great for 1 month using every night, the audio would automatically alternate between the 2 cameras (every 5 sec or so), so we could hear if either child was crying. Then, one night, audio randomly stopped switching between the 2 cameras and locked on to just 1 camera, so we weren’t able to hear the other child at all. We are lucky there was no emergency with the child who’s audio we stopped hearing randomly. We tried everything to get it working again, restarted cameras, restarted the handheld monitor, delete and repaired cameras, factory reset the handheld monitor, nothing worked. I contacted eufy support and was told “When the Monitor is bound to two Cameras and displayed simultaneously in split-screen mode, the system can only play one audio source at a time” meaning it does not have automatic audio cycling every 5 sec or so – even though we used it reliably for 1 month, and other reviews mention this functionality as well. After researching the issue more, a search revealed “Eufy T6311 (the model number of the handheld monitor itself that pairs to the c10 cameras) owners do report this exact audio cycling issue, but it’s not widespread enough to be an official “known defect.” It is a recurring pattern across user forums, Amazon reviews, and troubleshooting threads for the C10/T6310/T6311 series”. Personally, I would not recommend rolling the dice on if you will lose audio on one child’s camera randomly in the middle of the night. NOT safe and NOT reliable

Good but not eufy-level great
I have been using eufy products since the HomeBase 2 just came out. Although I’m using S380 now, but all of my old eufy cameras can be integrated to the new system smoothly. With that you would think their new baby camera could be great from the start, unfortunately that’s a no.I’m kinda a die-hard eufy fan, but the baby cameras I initially bought for my kids were from CuboAi. So I’m gonna compare this C10 with the CuboAi Plus I had.Pro:1. High resolution: the 2k from C10 is way better than the 1080P from CuboAi plus. I can clearly see kiddo’s eye movements with C10 even in night vision mode. I could barely do the same with CuboAi Plus.2. Two viewing options: both cameras can view live streaming from apps, but C10 can be linked to an external monitor. It is very useful if you have nanny or parents in the house but you don’t want them to have your iPad as a monitoring device.3. High build quality: like all of eufy products, the material used here is one of the best. Comparing to the cheap gloss white plastic from CuboAi, the C10 is matte white and tan, which looks and feels premium.Con:1. Cry detection: the cry detection is too sensitive. Even I chose the lowest sensitivity, it still picked up crying sound from other rooms. And sometimes it was not even a crying sound, but the C10 treated it as it was. CuboAi has true cry detection. With my past two years experience with them, they never missed the real crying sound from my baby.2. Loud noise detection: okay, I don’t understand why there is no specific sound detection after “crying”, just purely “loud”. CuboAi has one called “cough detection”, which as that name suggests, it detects if the baby is coughing. This is super useful when the kid is sleeping in another room but he/she is sick, so you can check if the kid is coughing or not. But eufy didn’t put any effort on creating such scenarios, just “loud”.3. Motion detection: this is actually the worst from C10. Turn on this detection mode will send you alerts and notifications once the camera detects some motion, even it was you walking pass the camera. CuboAi has zone detection. Basically you set up where is the crib area, and the app will notify you when the baby is in or out of crib. Eufy security cameras are so good at creating zone detection to avoid miss triggering alarms. And they didn’t think about adding this kind of features to C10. VERY DISAPPOINTED!The con’s I listed can be easily updated by firmware updates. It’s truly depends on if eufy wants to do it or not. If eufy is not updating the camera when my third kid arrives, I’ll probably switch back to CuboAi to get their latest 2k camera.EUFY! DO BETTER!
Bad and almost burned on me And it broke first time I used it –
Best baby monitor
Very good

Great baby monitor, very useful and reliableI am very happy with the eufy Baby Monitor C10. The 2K camera quality is excellent and the image is very clear, even at night. The 4.5-inch screen is easy to use and a perfect size. The connection is stable and there is no delay in sound or video. I really like the two-way audio feature and the temperature monitoring. The battery life is also very good and lasts for many hours. This baby monitor is high quality and very helpful for parents. I highly recommend it.

Love it, works great. Connection never drops, battery lasts forever. Great product.

This is an excellent baby camera when you have it dialed in correctly! The wide angle covers a lot of area and is crystal clear. Its rotation along the x and y axis allows for a lot of movement. The alert system is excellent when the camera is always on. When it was set to sleep mode the alert system was not working. When I turned the monitor to always on, it was excellent. There may be a solution for this, but I haven’t tested it. We use the camera for travel as it is light, and easy to carry around. The base is stable and its large rotation axes are great. Great battery life on the monitor.
Kelsi –
I bought this as a replacement for my Eufy Spaceview which broke (we dropped it too many times). I was immediately disappointed with this new camera. The picture quality on the camera was fine, but the monitor was horrible: heavy and clunky, exceptionally slow to turn on, and kept losing connection with the camera – causing the monitor to turn off.

I just got this monitor and used it for the first time last night. I was using the wifi so i could also see it on my phone while my husband does the night shift. The monitor lost wifi connection a few times in the middle of the night which resulted to the baby waking up along with it because the camera itself announces disconnection. It’s a huge design flaw and we’re trying to find a work around. It is nice to be able to use the app when out of the house and someone is babysitting. The notification for disconnection should be sent to the monitor + app, not the camera itself for the baby to be notified – baby doesn’t need to know that the camera has been disconnected :”)Otherwise it’s a great monitor, and it’s very quiet (no buffer noise and doesn’t pick up the white noise playing in the room).
