FAQs & Troubleshooting:
My baby monitor is not working normally or is performing erratically.
1: Confirm proper installation power supply is securely plugged in. You should only use the our power supply provided with your baby monitor.
Make sure the electrical outlet is working and not controlled by a wall switch.
2: Make sure the parent unit and baby unit are turned on. Make sure that the blue light on the back of the camera is on.
3: The parent unit may be too far away from the baby unit. Or, other equipment or devices in your house may be affecting the connection between your parent unit and baby unit(s). Try placing the parent unit at least 3 feet away from WiFi devices, including laptops, smartphones, router, tablets and other WiFi streaming devices. Then, try to move your parent unit around (e.g. closer to baby unit or away from Wi-Fi devices) to find better reception. When placing the units closer together; note that they should not be closer than 3 feet apart.
4: Try resetting the parent and baby unit:
Step 1. Disconnect the power to the baby unit and parent unit.
Step 2. Wait approximately 15 secs.
Step 3. Reinstall adapter to the baby and parent unit.
Step 4. Wait one minute for the baby device and parent device to reconnect.
*Noise static and other erratic performance may be caused by nearby electronic equipment and other cordless devices using the same frequency.Separate your baby monitor from these devices as much as possible.
Unable to scan code to connect to network
First you need to check the following issues:
1) Whether the baby camera is properly plugged in and turned on
2) Whether the baby camera enters the network Pairing mode normally
3) Whether the app side can normally generate the correct screenshot
4) Whether the camera prompts successful code scanning
5) Can not read the code prompted what
6）What is the specific tip of not being able to connect to the network
All of the above may lead to the device can not be normal with the network.If the baby camera can scan the code normally, but can not connect to the network prompts network connection timeout, you need to confirm whether the router is 5G or the phone’s code is correct.If you confirm that you have entered the Pairing mode and keep reminding the code scanning timeout, try restarting the baby camera and re-enter the Pairing mode to scan the code.
Baby monitor default setting is to enter VOX mode:
When no sound is detected, the display will turn off to enter power saving mode, and when sound is detected, thedisplay will light up to remind you.

The Video Baby Monitor is such a great find! The two cameras are super handy because you can keep an eye on two rooms at the same time, and the video quality is really clear. The little 2.8″ screen is perfect for quick checks, but I love that you can also use your phone to check in from anywhere with the app.The night vision is awesome—you can see your baby clearly even in total darkness. Not what I was expecting for the price
Brightness an picture quality are great so is the sound. My issue with is that there’s like a 2 minute delay on it from the camera to the monitor it drops connection with the camera a lot throughout the day. The monitor is extremely small an when you speak into it almost seems like you have to yell into it in order to hear your voice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying this for the price. Had to go back to my old baby monitor. The camera doesn’t rotate either so that makes things difficult as well its just stationary.

Cheap and it shows
The picture quality was great but had so many other problems. Was not compatible with an android photo. Had to do a weird work around to finally get it to connect. The picture and sound were delayed really bad. It kept disconnecting for no reason and would need a full reboot to reconnect.

I gave it 3 stars because I HAVE been using this product for 8months now for our twin babies so it is atleast decent. But so much sucks…The cameras don’t have a lot of range, I basically have to have the camera almost INSIDE the crib and even then the picture is blurry. I basically have just been using them to see if my babies are moving at all but you can’t see specifics, only make guesses. The monitor it comes with sometimes disconnects or goes black.The sound atleast has always been reliable even if I can’t see anything for a couple minutes, it does pick up the tiniest sound especially since I have the cameras so close. The app that it comes with doesn’t load right away. I have to go through a whole thing to see anything. Click the camera, let it start loading, let it fail to load, hit refresh, THEN you can see live picture better than the laggy monitor sometimes. But if you get out of the app and go back in , I have to do that all over again. Even if it was just loaded.You can talk to them but the quality sucks. Same with the lullabies it plays.This product has caused many frustrations but all in all you get what you pay for, I wish I had just invested in a better camera even if it was pricey just so I wouldn’t get as annoyed so often.We’re still using them because like I said the sound is very reliable at least, but definitely buying a better camera for when babies start being more mobile.

Best Baby Monitor for the price
This baby monitor has it all. There are 2 cameras which can be used in many ways. Put one on 2 different children. In my case my granddaughter moves around the crib in her sleep. I have one on each side. Both have great wide-angle lenses. There is a two way talk so I can let her know that I am on my way and calm her down if needed. They have night vision, and it works great. I love the receiver. It is a handheld and it works throughout my house and in the yard making it easy to relax and see the baby every minute. You can also use your phone to get the feed which means when we have a sitter, they can use the handheld, and I can still monitor while away. It was packed safely, and each piece was in bubble wrap. It is very modern looking, and I will be ordering another one as a shower gift for a friend who looked at it working and instantly wanted one. A great buy and very clear cameras. I know it could be used in other applications like security, but I purchased this one for baby monitoring. When the baby is older, I may use it for security purposes.
