Once I actually looked it over in person, I changed my mind pretty fast. This thing is covered in activities. Every time I turned it, there was another little feature to notice. There are spinning parts, moving parts, a keyhole-style activity, a little door with a cute bear behind it, a pull tab, a squeaker, and more. It really does feel like they tried to use every bit of space.What impressed me most is that it does all of this without needing batteries or making a bunch of electronic noise. We have another activity cube from when my daughter was younger that talks and makes sounds, and that one is fine, but this feels different in a good way. It is more hands-on, more tactile, and honestly more interesting than I expected for a toy that is basically all mechanical play.My 3-year-old loves it, which says a lot because this looked to me like something that might be more for younger toddlers. Instead, she kept coming back to it and finding different things to do. This is a great educational toy it allows the toddler to learn eye and hand coordination. It is challenging at first but they keep trying and finally they are excited because they have conquer it all of that allows them to put that brain to work.. This is a durable toy made secure where the parts are not able to come apart. That makes it safe. It is suitable for them to handle in their hands. I have a 1 and a half year old and 2 year old loving this toy. It is colorful and that attracts their attention to all the many activities it has to offer. This toy keeps them occupied for a while.
