A: Breast pump suction is limited to 40 kPa by international standards to protect breasts and capillaries, so the suction may feel soft. If you’re using a new pump, check it’s working properly and you’ve set the right mode for optimal performance.

Q: Can I use a microwave to sterilize eufy breast pumps?

A: No, it can damage the components and cause malfunctions. Initial Use: Steam washable parts or boil with constant stirring for up to 5 minutes. Daily Cleaning: Rinse washable parts with warm, soapy water and air dry. Sterilize as needed.

Q: What should I know about charging E10?

To ensure proper charging: Wipe away any spilled milk on the pump hub and keep it dry and clean. Use a USB-C charging cable with a 5V/2A or higher rating adapter. Charge the pump fully before initial use. It doesn’t work while charging.
