Doesn’t work- shady packaging and zero instructions or packaging in the box. Very sketchy.
Item came in the box with a usb cord- no instructions, no packaging- just rattling around in the box and of course I already had a bad feeling about it after just opening it but I tried to keep a positive attitude! I put it on the charger and the red light just blinked repeatedly- it never charged, never played, never vibrated- it doesn’t work whatsoever.I’m returning this item for a refund and will not order from this vendor again.

LOVE IT!
I have a seven week old. We recently traveled from Florida to Illinois and this was a lifesaver. It has two speeds of vibration lots of music options, heartbeat sound, and a light. This helped our little one sleep most of the trip. I highly recommend this.

Doesn’t not work at all . Don’t buy it
Order one And i let it charge for 8 hours and the red light was still blinking. So I was like maybe it was defective so I did my refund and got another one. Well I let that one charge for 24 hours and still blinking red. Try to turn it on both of them and wouldn’t do nothing. The instructions don’t read clearly. And if you call customer support they don’t help or call you back. Do not order this item. The only way my son will sleep at night is with a vibration and couldn’t even get him that . I will never buy from this company again !!!!!

Iffy but effective
The first one they sent us stopped working within a week. They sent us a replacement which still works 2 months later. The battery life is very small – it needs to be recharged after each night’s use. The vibration is actually too low to vibrate the bassinet, but my baby likes the noise it creates so I guess it works to soothe her anyway!

Worth the money!
I was a little skeptical paying so much for a portable sound machine but this little thing has been so worth the money. The vibration setting helps soothe my son so much, and there’s a ton of sound options and the volume is so good even after months of use! We bought two so we would always have an extra and if they ever die, we’ll be buying the same ones!

Not as useful as I had hoped.
Works but wouldn’t buy again, the vibrate is more loud than powerful and the music is louder than I like for trying to soothe a baby. The battery also seems to die quickly.

Great for about a month
Love this! But after about a month, the battery quit charging and no longer holds a charge. Would have been nice for it to have kept working beyond 30 days.Sounds and vibrations were great. Just the battery quit working.

DOES NOT TAKE A CHARGE OR POWER ON
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Bought this to calm my premature newborn grandchild, got on sale and was excited. Item was received on time, but the item DOES NOT WORK. It doesn’t take a charge, does not power on. Nothing. So now I have to return it to a local UPS store to get a refund. It will cost me as much to get to UPS as it did for me to purchase it because I am disabled and can’t drive, therefor have to pay for someone to drive me to do it. Very upset by this, as I know Ingenuity makes high quality products and never in a million years did I expect this thing not to work at all.
