Doing the job!
Great! Easy to install on our trash drawer to keep the dog from getting in the trash at night. Once we figured out the best and easiest way to latch and unlatch. My 4 year old did figure out how to do it so there is that.

Unbelievably sticky, which is great for the intended purpose. I would warn against renters because the adhesion seems to withstand tugs and chemicals for removal. The mechanism has also lasted a lot of tugging!

This isn’t just for children. It’s perfect for cats who like to get in your cabinets/drawers.I no longer have to wake up to my cat banging a cabinet open and closed.Adheres nicely, fits great. The quality is a nice plastic. If I had a child it would be great, but in this case my children have fur.
