Get them for your trash cans
So we found a different use for them, We had a raccoon that was probably 30 lb, and I’m not even kidding. These work so well on the trash can and on trash night, we just leave them unhooked.Not so pro -pro tip… Put the latch loop side down – so that they don’t get stuck when the trash man comes to flip them into the truck.We’ve had them on here for about a month now, and they’ve worked great. Even if I had to replace them it’s worth every penny.

Secures the RV refrigerator doors
These locks seem to be adequate and are simple to use for my phone intended purpose – securing the doors of the RV household refrigerator while traveling. The magnetic door gaskets might do the job, but why take that chance? Installation was simple. First, thoroughly clean the location with rubbing alcohol. Hold the parts in the locked position, on the fridge to make sure it will fit. I stuck the button part at the back edge of the door, then held the latch in place on the button while sticking it onto the side of the fridge. They work fine, but I’m sure it won’t take a child too long to figure them out. But, we don’t have young kids with us. FYI, RVers out there should consider adding tension rods to minimize movement of refrigerator contents while traveling. Combining them with these latches is lot cheaper and more convenient than cleaning up after a curve empties the refrigerator!

Would have worked but gap on my refrigerator is to wide to attach and work. Will give to someone who needs them for cabinets

Intuitive to use and strong adhesive
Nice alternative to the traditional baby locks I’ve used in the past. The little knobs are really easy to turn and make sense to anyone over the age if 5, which is perfect for our house where we have a lot of family visitors. The glue on the sticky side is really strong and has held up to my 3 year old’s best efforts

Works well for younger toddlers and pets
I installed these refrigerator child locks to keep my 1.5-year-old from stuffing all his trucks into the fridge, and they’ve worked well so far! I just have to deal with the tantrums now.Installation:The gel adhesive is impressively strong and holds well once set. I mounted mine high on the fridge, out of reach of my toddler. For best results, I recommend installing the lock so the fridge door doesn’t move at all when latched—otherwise, repeated impacts from tugging would probably break the lock in short order.Effectiveness:They work against my toddler…for now. Slightly older toddlers with better dexterity will figure out how to twist the latch. It’s effective for the early years. And it is effective against pets.Durability and design:The plastic feels solid. The adhesive will probably give out before latch breaks.
