Not bad
Easy to install. I got this for my mom to watch my baby without having to figure it out on her phone. The screen does not last long off the charger but if you plus it somewhere you are going to be near you can turn the volume up and here and did the job good enough without needing wifi too

Love this monitor!!
I did a ton of research because I have two young kids, one a baby and I wanted eyes on both of them. The quality in this camera is great, the battery holds well, I love it. I love having them on a split screen. I keep it this way then switch over to the scanning at night to hear crying with the screen off. The screen turns on with noise as well. Loved this monitor the most out of all the ones I’ve tried befoee

Good, but battery life could be better.
This is a good product, but as with all of these video monitors, it seems, the battery life is not as great as we would hope. It barely makes it through the night some nights without needing plugged in. I have set as many settings as low on power useage as possible. I’ve had 2 other video baby monitor systems with our other kids and they’ve all seemed to have this same problem, though. You would think some company would figure out how to make batteries last long for video usage.

Great product and even greater service!
This is a great product! You can see and hear everything you need to and can look at 2 angles or 2 rooms with the split screen at the same time. We use this for our son and daughter. We had an issue and Elli Liang from the after sales team responded right away with ao much care and resolved it quickly. I cannot say enough good things about it and the company.

Peace of mind
3.5 stars edit: we’ve had this monitor almost 1.5 years. While customer service has always been helpful, the monitor once again is failing. No longer chargers. When I did get it to plug in and start charging it told me both cameras are out of range (not the case). I guess for the price it was worth it and my kids are outgrowing the need for a monitor , but in the future I would go with a different brand. I would find one that is a little more user friendly where I didn’t have to worry about the charger not working any more .Edit: customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, kind. They care enough about your satisfaction as a customer and the integrity of their products to find solutions that work. to 5 stars.Edit: taking off one star because we’ve had this monitor for about 5 months and already the battery life is failing. I’ve followed instructions (only charging it until full battery and only plugging it in once the low battery flashes) but it seems to die quicker every day . The charger doesn’t quite fit anymore and after charging all night it died almost immediately after I unplugged it this morning.Great product, great price, great customer service. A little less user friendly than some monitors I’ve used in the past, but all the functions work as described. Temperature is accurate which gives us peace of mind since we have kids in two separate bedrooms on a separate floor from us. Split screen is wonderful. Picture quality and night vision are great quality. I’m a little bit worried about battery life in the long run and just how the product will hold up in the long run; just 4 days In one of our cameras isn’t working properly but corresponded with the company and they Are sending a replacement. Can’t quite get the camera angles right and I do wish it had a pan option, but overall it gets the job done and you can’t beat the price! Very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Will update once we’ve had it longer.

Great monitor, great customer service
Easy to use and has great features, good coverage too.After a few months, the monitor itself stopped charging and wont keep charge when you unplug it. We contacted the customer service and they are shipping a new monitor to replaced the failed one. Great support and appreciate the help.

Too expensive for cheap short lasting monitor.
So I purchased this back in September 2020. It stopped charging properly for the past 3 months (March 2021 issues began). The cameras continue to work, but the monitor would not charge with the original charger. So I had a few spare chargers from other products that worked well, but now I have to wiggle it and fold it a certain way for it to charge. It is so annoying! It’s frustrating because now it won’t hold a charge and it shows the red low battery light and beeps all the time! I should’ve read the reviews better. I don’t understand how it has a rating above 4/5 stars. Today (June 19) it won’t stay on. I briefly turn it on to check on my boys and it shuts off. I am definitely not purchasing this nor any other Made in China electronic since it’s not durable. Definitely not worth the price and time spent on trying to make it work. Save your money and time. It really sucks to have paid $125 for terrible low quality cheap products. Do not buy this. At first it’ll work like it’s supposed to but give it a few months for it to start falling apart. I am very upset with myself for not taking the bad reviews into consideration. I am going to reach out to this company and see if there’s some sort of exchange since it really does take a few months for it to start falling apart.Update: still terrible and shuts off randomly. I need to keep an eye on my infant right now for medical reasons and this definitely does not give me a peace of mind. Don’t waste your good money. Go American made
