Good but…
Okay so I intially bought this because I need a wireless camera for my van to watch my baby who is still an infant and rear facing. I hate having wires everywhere for the actual auto cameras so I bought this in hopes it would work to keep an eye on her while driving.Pro: the screen size is BIG I like that ALOT! Others have complained that their screen won’t stay on however I have done nothing with mine and the screen stays on for me.The temperature display is very accurate! 🙂 BIG PLUS FOR ME!I like that you can play with settings for sensitivity to baby cries or can turn sound off all togetherComes with mounting kit – just screw the screw it comes with in it and screw the black round thing into the wall and slide camera in, self explanatory to me personally but for those that struggle it did come with instructions, I didn’t look at them personally so hopefully the instructions are clear for those that don’t understand it by just looking at it.The Cons:The night vision is a tad blurry but no big deal, I can still tell what my baby is doing which is most important.The camera has to be a good long distance from baby to even see baby, if it is within 1 to 2 feet away it’s very difficult to see baby, the camera HAS TO be far away to see baby properly which makes this particular system not useable in a vehicle as I had originally intended it to be for.You CANNOT buy extra cameras only for this system even though it claims to hold up to 4 cameras on the handheld monitor. I reached out to the company and they told me, you cannot buy extra cameras if you wanted to add to the system.

We have gone through several baby monitors in the span of the past 2 years. I don’t know what is up with the build quality of these normally but they always seem to glitch out. This one is pretty awesome and has to be the best $50 I’ve ever spent on a monitor. The screen for the portable monitor is huge. It has temperature control setting that will send you an alarm if it’s too cold or too hot in the baby’s room. The monitor notifies you if the baby makes noise, it has eight lullabies and you can speak to your baby through it while they are in your crib and you are laying down. The camera moves up down left right? And seems to be able to move a full 360° there is also a stand on the monitor unit. I didn’t even have to pair mine. I just plugged it in and it was already ready to go so that was cool too. But yeah I definitely recommend this product. It’s nice. It was well packaged. It is well manufactured. It works great

Awesome Purchase! Fantastic Customer Service!!!
I purchased this monitor on January 15th, 2023. I bought it for my home to monitor the grands. I was surprised at the quality of the item and camera clarity for the price. I was about to purchase a $200 monitor and gave this one a try before investing so much money. The sound is great, the video picture is clear and the chat option works well. This requires no wifi which is also awesome. I reached out to the company in regards to adding a second camera only, without having to purchase an entire unit set up, and they were fantastic. Their responses were quick and we were able to complete my needs of an additional camera for my home. Customer service has been a joy to work with and I could not be happier. This purchase was on spot, pleasant and quality. Do not hesitate to reach out to their customer service if you need it. I reached and was responded to immediately. Good bang for your buck
I have tried 3 different models with this review. I will say Childs Farm gives you more bang for your buck and is about the cheapest on Amazon but is good quality. It stays connected without any issues where I had problems with others dropping signal and having to re-start the unit. The monitor view is decent since you are not paying for a LED view or 1080 camera. This unit is about $60.00 where the others are from $80.00 upward to $200.00. At the end of the day you will see very little difference with the $125.00 unit.I recommend giving the Childsfarm baby monitor a try.

Large screen – does not use wifi
I love this camera system. I purchased my first one in 2023. It is still working beautifully a year later. Large screen as compared to other baby cameras and does not need wifi to work. Simple, great images, maneuverable, and fully audible as well as visual. Viewer console is still keeping a good charge. Lights across the top let you know when fully charged. I just purchased another one for my daughter today.

Perfect!
I originally got this to put in the tent while camping. In the pictures it didn’t look like the camera needed to be plugged in, it does, so we had to get a battery powered outlet. It does work really well, the monitor connects pretty far and the picture quality is great. The words for the settings are either in a different language or spelt incorrectly but it’s still easy to figure out. The monitor battery last a while and charges quickly.

For the price it’s not bad
We bought this to replace the one my son broke. For the money it’s not a bad camera but if you’re looking for a really clear picture and one you can walk more than approximately 50 ft from the camera with the monitor this isn’t for you. The battery lasts the camera quality isint great though. Over all it’s a good option for the price point. I’ll be upgrading to a better one

Used as a horse trailer cam.
I purchased this to keep an eye on my horses while in the trailer. I originally thought both camera and monitor were battery powered, but since the camera is not I bought an adapter cord to a USB and plugged it into a battery pack for charging an iPhone. It works great. The connection stays strong even through several layers of aluminum and insulation in my 46ft long trailer all the way to my truck. I have hauled 7 hours and still have plenty of time left on the battery pack for the camera. The monitor does not have as good of battery life but has yet to die on me and I can easily plug it in while in the truck. I can also switch the camera from trailer to trailer by velcroing it to any flat surface (photos show it in my smaller two horse.) The temperature monitor also gives peace of mind knowing the trailer stays an acceptable temperature and would allow me to detect a fire during its early stages.
