It comes out of the tube fast
Burt’s Bees baby lotion really tends to dry skin- gentle but very effective( as an adult I use it for my skin). I usually order it from the pump bottle, but it was currently unavailable, so ordered it in the tube. It is just as good & goes a long way, but does dispense from the tube very quickly cause it’s not very thick.

Love this for the kiddos
This is the only product we felt safe for our kids, has a pleasant smell. Good quality, goes on thick. Skin feels buttery smooth for days after. It does take a few minutes to absorb but works amazing. Cannot recommend enough

Here’s what’s most important
FIRST you want to slather your baby in crisco baking grease. THEN you want to take a Great Value brand microfiber towel and wipe them down real nice so that they got a little glow versus a John Travolta grease slick in a 80’s movie about dancing in shiny shoes and whatnot. And FINALLY you’ll want to give the baby a bath then use this lotion for their thick baby calloused knees from where they been crawlin around the neighbors yard and whatnot. Remove all the little brown blades of grass, pebbles, and especially cigarette butts from their skin before applying lotion (as I’ve learned the hard way). TRUST me your baby will thank you up and down for this liquid garment. Fresh out the donkey’s udder with this greatness.

Good for sensitive skin
I love that this is fragrance free and good for super sensitive skin. However, it is extremely runny and not moisturizing enough for a person who has very dry skin.

I love the entire Burt’s bees baby line
Smells great and has done very well for my son (now 16 months old). We use it after every bath and his skin is still so soft that his pediatrician comments on it!

garbage
I bought this to use as tattoo aftercare since its gentle and fragrance free.. really glad my tattoo artist hooked me up with a jar of real aftercare because this lotion is garbage. It’s basically the consistency of water and applies like cheap freebie hotel lotion. Doesn’t feel like it moisturizes at all. Maybe it’s great for babies but if your an adult looking for a gentle fragrance free lotion… don’t bother

Watery but works
I am so conflicted because I partially love this lotion while almost hating it at the same time. I love that it works great on mine and my newborn’s sensitive skin while also not upsetting our sinus allergies. (we tried a calming Burts Baby Nourishing lavender lotion that is thick and luxurious with a delightfully soothing scent but the scent -albeit light- seems to be too much for my baby) However, this lotion is so watery and thin it just spills out of the bottle. You have to take extra caution when using it as it rapidly spills out, almost always pouring out too much product. I gave it 3 stars because it does well on sensitive skin, but took off 2 for the consistency.

My baby girl has super sensitive skin and this has been perfect for her. She loves assisting me by putting it on her nose and it’s even safe on her face. And it has a very very mild and gentle smell we also use the shampoo super gentle on her skin
