Works as intened for smoothes. Makes about 2 cups at a time. If you need more than that per mix you will need a larger size. But great for one person.

I’m so glad I went for the 700ml blender compared to the 500ml. The slightly larger size means I can make my protein shakes and add ice cubes and fruit to it without needing to blend it in batches. It’s nice and easy to use and I didn’t need to read the instructions. I was skeptical about how well it would blend, but it blends with ease. I’ve used ice cubes and fruit including strawberries, bananas, raspberries, and blueberries, and it makes light work of them. It takes about a minute to blend depending on what you’re using, so it’s pretty quick. I was getting fed up using a protein shaker as it was leaving bits of powder at the bottom; but with this blender they are now super smooth and much more enjoyable. It’s nice and easy to clean. I put some water in and blitz it and that cleans it really well and it just needs a quick rinse under the tap. I’ve been using it a few days now and it holds its charge well. I’ve done around 5 shakes without needing to charge it. When it does need charging it’s handy having a usb charger – and it makes it really convenient for work, as they don’t like us plugging things in that haven’t been tested. You can drink straight from the blender, but if I make mine the night before I tend to put it in my usual flask – but it’s good to have the choice.
