Grinder worked but that was it. Sent the thing back to as advertised. Doesn’t cut your nails fast. I cut my thumb nail in 10 mind. Way to long

Works okay
I like that it makes it easier to cut my nails and requires less effort than an actual nail clipper. Due to my carpal tunnel the repetition of a regular nail clipper agitates it. This electric gadget is hard to cut my toe nails because you have to put the nail right in the middle. It’s not a clipper but a filer that grinds down the nail.

Smooth nail edges; good alternative if needed to manicure scissors
This nail trimmer left my fingernail edges even smoother than I expected, and I would recommend it to anyone who can’t use manicure scissors to cut their fingernails (manicure scissors would still be faster). And the unit out of the box had a charge so I didn’t have to charge it before the first time. Because of other reviews, I didn’t try it on my toenails. My only issues with using it on my fingernails are that it’s challenging to position some of my fingers at just the right angle for the cutting slot, and getting the nail really rounded at the corners (the unit is better at a gentle curve across the nail).

This has made nail trimming so much easier for my family. I use one speed, my parents use another, and it works perfectly for all of us. It’s quiet, gentle, and very easy to hold. No flying nail clippings anymore.

Make sure you want it
Disappointed. This nail clipper does not work as described. I used it about three times and had same problem @ time: not cutting properly, the only thing which worked for me was the “polisher.” The worst is that when I tried to RTV it then, I could not drop it at the Whole Foods location close to my apartment. I am a senior citizen, and the locations given to me are not accessible. Think twice before buying it.
