Didn’t come with a remote as advertised when I bought it. –
Head padding is tight
I returned this because of how tight it is around his head, he’s 30 pounds and 38 inches tall and it was folding his heads forward, and he did not like how it was around his head. If it had a little less padding or atleast like 1-2 inches winder on the head part I would have kept it and gave it 5 stars.

Awesome!
I love this car seat! It’s so much slimmer than I thought, but it’s perfect! My only complaint is that when it arrived it didn’t come in bubble wrap or with some sort of protection. Other than that it’s 10/10

It works enough not to return it
Overall, I think the carseat is acceptable. I feel though that my daughter sinks really deep in the seat, and it feels as though she should be a little bit more forward in the butt area. It kind of creates a situation where she’s leaned forward inadvertently. I also wish I could widen the side impact parts. The cup holders are decent although they are a bit far for her to reach even at two years old.I didn’t like that it didn’t actually have a level in it and that the instructions indicated that IF there was a level it would be located in a particular spot on the car seat, and there was not one. I do wish it had been a little less expensive, but in comparison to other car seats, it was fairly comparable.

Comfort
I love that we can do the 360 however my son (34 pounds and 38 inches) complains non stop whether it’s a 20 min ride or more. He yells and complains about his back hurting. The side padding seems to be thin and this seat is uncomfortable for my son. When he falls asleep his head flings forward all the time. Looking into a new car seat option now.

Very upright for younger infants
My baby girl is 9 months and 18lbs so she still needs the lowest weight recline and I feel like its very upright. Shes does pretty good on keeping her head up but sometimes if shes in a deep sleep she slumps forward with this carseat. Once i move her head back she seens to be okay. I would say this wouldnt be a good seat to start with for an young infant but definitely a year old or bit younger depending in your child’s neck strength! I do really like the seat and I love how long we can use it for. Can’t review on other features yet.
