Perfect cameras!!
I love these cameras they work so well for me! I don’t have babies but I have spoiled puppies with separation anxiety. I needed cameras that could work throughout the house, included two way audio, and easy to give access to other family members. The setup was extremely easy, I did it myself in just 15-20mins. The longest part of the process was simply figuring out where I wanted these cameras to go. The package came with everything I’d possibly need from installing, mounting, and info regarding customer service if need be.The monitor works well and would be perfect for those using it with children. It includes temperature, humidity and even has settings where you could turn on feeding care and reminders. Since I’m using it for my dogs I just set it up with reminders for when my dogs need to be fed. There is even a setting to turn on lullabies. There are several option and you can even control the volume of it.The app itself is really easy to use. It shows clear instructions on how to add your cameras. Once you add them you can create a family space where you’ll add family members. From there you can even determine how much control you want to give all members. They can have complete access to move and change settings or view only. The app also shows me a calendar where I can view screengrabs from every time the cameras had an alert. Lastly it allows you to control and view the cameras from anywhere. I went on vacation and had no issues viewing, operating and speaking to my dogs through the app.The camera itself is great quality I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and have had no issues with the cameras malfunctioning or not working with the monitor. Only issue is you cannot go extremely far from where the camera are placed or it will lose connection. That hasn’t been an issue with me and doubt it would be for anyone unless their home is extremely big or you expect to use the monitor while outside your home.Overall it’s just been absolutely perfect for me and my needs. Over time I will update if my rating changes or issues arise with the camera.

Good product as advertised!
Pros: it is very easy to set up and pair the camera with the app on phone, or the display screen. The voice and sound functions are very well heard. Picture quality is a bit blurry on the display screen ,but on the phone app, it is very clear. Connectivity is strong. There are a lot of options in the setting if you want to be specific. I’m very pleased with the product so far.Cons: The camera only works with 2.4GHz wifi. It is also does not have charging function so the camera have to be plugged in 24/7, and the power cord is quite short imo, so there is limited options where you can place the camera for best results depending on the layout of your room/house. There was no power off button on the camera itself, so the only way to turn it off is by unplugging the power cord, which I found very inconvenientIn conclusion: I think it is a very good product despite the small cons. The price is pretty decent for a security camera, and it was a plus for me when it was on sale for nearly 50% off.

Good value/quality product
So far so good! Love that you can view two children at once and don’t have to worry about selecting which child you want to hear/see. I have not had time to check out the remote option yet, but looking forward to doing so! Only negative would be when it switches between day and night mode you hear a clicking sound. Sometimes in the mornings it does this a few times as the sun is moving. Would still recommend though for quality/cost.

However, a couple of months ago (February 2024), I began noticing a persistent interval, erratic video flickering issue on both the monitor and the mobile app; occasionally, the display would become extremely noisy and distorted, but not as often for no particular reason.So I reached out to the ieGeek support team via email, and their knowledgeable customer/technical service was truly outstanding! They patiently guided me through several troubleshooting steps through a few email responses, even though I had already attempted many of them on my own. So after, they determined it to be a hardware defect and promptly informed me that a replacement would be on its way to me immediately, tracking number and all, once it was shipped.True to their word, I received the tracking number and soon after, followed by the replacement product was at my doorstep within just a few short days. I’ve since tested the new replacement baby monitor/camera, and voilà! The video feed issue has completely disappeared. Main use will be for pet supervision. The product came well packed and undamaged. The app was very easy to download and connect to wifi. Connection to camera was quick and painless. Automatically connected camera and monitor. Monitor can be charged using usb but camera must stayed wired via usb. My only suggestion would be to provide a wireless option via battery or rechargeable. The range for panning is excellent and careful positioning will ensure almost full all around field of view. As for the monitor be sure to power it up a little prior to use. Monitors menus are simple to use and intuitive. User manual provided is basic but functional. I do wish they would provide more info on mounting options as they have a mount bracket but no info on it. As example I was looking at mounting on ceiling but it does not address display options for wall or ceiling. Noticing some small interface issues as there are spelling errors in the monitor information prompts. Overall a very good unit.
