Lightweight and Compact
Gave this to my daughter in law as a travel stroller, they love it, so compact and lighter, they keep this in the back of the car. Very sturdy and yet compact.

Not true sage green
Overall, this is a well-designed, easy-to-use travel stroller with a few details that didn’t quite match my expectations. We bought the Joolz Aer 2 for our first trip with our 7 month old to Florida, after going back and forth between several travel strollers for a while. I wanted something lightweight, compact, and easy to handle in airports and on the go. It ended up being a solid choice for travel, but there were a couple of surprises. The biggest positives are how easy it is to maneuver and fold. It steers smoothly with one hand, which made a big difference when juggling a baby and carry-on items. The one-hand fold is genuinely simple and quick, and it folds down neatly. The handlebar height is also great, especially if you’re taller. It feels more comfortable than many other travel strollers that tend to be lower. I also purchased the bumper bar, which I think is worth it for added security and something for the baby to hold onto. That said, a few things didn’t quite meet expectations. The color was one of them. I was expecting more of a sage green based on photos, but in person it leans more toward a grey, army green tone. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if color matters to you. Another issue was airline compatibility. We flew Southwest and it did not fit in the overhead bin, so we had to gate check it. If your goal is true carry-on size, this may not always work depending on the airline. The recline is another point to note. It does lay back, but it is not a full 180 flat like some of the non-US versions, which was a bit disappointing for naps on the go.This stroller is a good fit for parents who want a lightweight, smooth, and easy-fold option for travel and everyday outings, especially if you value a higher handlebar. Just be aware of the carry-on limitations and the recline if those are important to you.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and it performed well on our trip, but it’s not completely without compromises.

Falls short of expectations.
Seat isnt deep enough, doesn’t handle super well (feet kept kicking the wheels) and padding felt really thin slash low quality. However, the fold is quite good. I would keep looking. There’s a lot of influencer hype around this, but everything you see about the shallow seat, inconvenient fabrics and poor handling are true. Zippers have no place on a recline. It also sucks that the U.S. version cant recline fully and that the nest 2 seat has a permanently attached muff.Ended up liking the yoyo3 much better personally in almost all aspects. Cheaper and better as a compact travel stroller. The aer2 might be a good stroller if you only plan to have one stroller do it all, but I would strongly consider the minu, or aer+ instead if thats your goal.

A Travel Stroller With a Flat Newborn Recline (US version)!
As a mom of three, including a newborn, I’m always looking for practical, travel-friendly products, especially strollers. I’ve traveled extensively with my two older kids (12 and 6) to Europe and have used several strollers in the past, including the Babyzen YoYo2 and Gb Pockit. When I came across the Joolz Aer2, I was curious about its unique features, especially the near-180 degree newborn recline that is perfect for naps on the go for kids of any age – something my other travel strollers didn’t offer.Given that the international version of the Aer2 had been released earlier this year with this feature, I was unsure if the U.S. version would have the same. Many competitors’ strollers, like the Bugaboo Butterfly 2, only offer a 147-degree recline in the U.S. version due to the unique regulations in the US, which is rather disappointing. However, I took a chance on the Aer2 and was thrilled to find that the U.S. version does, indeed, feature the flat recline I was hoping for!Key Benefits:1. Flat Recline – A game-changer for travel with a child. Unlike other travel strollers, this one allows for a near-180 degree recline, ensuring my child can sleep comfortably while we’re on the move.2. Compact and Lightweight – While slightly heavier than the Babyzen YoYo2, the Aer2’s weight is still lower than many other travel strollers, and its foldable dimensions will be great for international travel and allow for bringing it inside the airplane. As someone who often carries the stroller on my back, the size and weight are extremely important. Being able to bring the stroller inside the airplane is just as important as we have had strollers’ wheels damaged when gate checking.3. Easy to Maneuver – While I haven’t taken it on a full international trip yet, the wheels are smooth, and I can already tell it will perform just as well as the YoYo2 in terms of maneuverability – even with an older child.4. Fast Delivery – I ordered the stroller on August 24, with an expected delivery between September 2-4. It arrived on August 29, ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise!Overall, I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. I’m excited to take it on our upcoming travels.TLDR:Pros:1. Near-180 degree flat recline – perfect for child naps2. Compact, lightweight, and travel-friendly3. Easy to maneuver with one hand4. Quick deliveryHighly recommend this stroller for parents who need a practical and comfortable travel option for their little one!

Absolutely love our joolz aer2! It’s so easy to take anywhere! Ready to fold and unfold and super light! I also lovev that it has storage underneath.Only complaint is that the wheels are small and didn’t go over right terrain.
