Great Baby Shower Gift
I recently went to a baby shower and one of the gifts the new mother received was a basket of ‘essentials’. Now I know those of us that have had our own babies are well aware of what the essentials are, i.e, nasal aspirator, teething gel, belly band, burp cloths, etc. I was surprised (and amused) that the mother to be, and a number of her friends, had no idea what some of the items in the basket were, let alone how to use them! Bless their hearts!I did think the whole ‘essentials basket’ was a good idea and I’ve started collecting items to put together my own version for the next baby shower I attend. Instead of a basket, I’m going to fill a diaper bag for Dad. A nice dark, solid color bag that Dad won’t mind carrying around (no duckies or bunnies, thank you!).My very first item was this Lulyboo newborn grooming kit. It contains 4 items we ‘old timers’ know are essential: baby nail clippers, rounded tip scissors, tweezers and a baby nail file. All in a handy little travel case that will go right in the diaper bag. This is an adorable set and looks to be of good quality at a very reasonable price!

Nice compact set great for travel or home use with one issue
The Lulyboo 4-in-1 nail kit comes in a nice little travel case. That was a nice touch and makes it easy to carry in a diaper bag or even keep at home. The case is sturdy and looks like it will last. It comes with a baby nail clipper that works good, a rounded tip scissors (more on that in a bit), a file and a tweezers. The kit is nicely crafted and I like that it is stainless steel. The price is reasonable to reasonable high for this little set but I do think it is decent value for the money. My one issue is the scissors. I don’t really like them. I found them hard to hold and the blades are so tiny. I get they are used on tiny nails but still. They are rounded which is great. The main thing is that they leave a bit of a rough edge on the nail. I know you have a file available but I just want a clean trim right off the bat. I would use the clippers instead. Overall a pretty good set and maybe you will have better luck with the scissors than I did

in includes all the basics that i actually need, nail clippers, rounded tip scissors, nail file, and tweezers. everything is sized for tiny baby nails which make a big difference when trying to safely trim a wiggly newborn’s nails, the rounded scissors especially make me feel more confident since they reduce the risk of accidental poking, the clippers are small but easy to handle and the file does a nice job smoothing out sharp edgesthe tools feel sturdy and well made, i like that they’re simple and focused on function rather than unnecessary extras, it’s exactly what i need for quick stress free groomingoverall, this is a great basic starter kit for new parents, it covers all the essentials, feels safe to use, and very reasonably priced, it would make a thoughtful and practical baby shower gift, great value for the money

Adorable kit for baby!
I love this four in one kit, absolutely perfect for newborns or younger babies.The color is great for gender neutral items, and the quality is about the same as an other grooming kit I’ve gotten.They are mostly plastic other than the metal attachments for cutting/filing. They look to be pretty decent quality though!They are the perfect size for little finger nails, they are also small and easy to carry in a diaper bag to travel around with.Over all I think that it is great starter kit for moms and babies!
