Comfortable for baby!!
I love this jumper! Cheaper than the Graco, but more expensive than the other brands I see on Amazon. Let me tell you, get it! The quality is great and super easy to set up. It’s not one of those jumpers that is deep set to where your baby is slouching all in it. So my baby is on the smaller side and is able to sit up comfortably in it! Definitely worth the money!!

Defective or user error???
Some how the carabiner detached from the metal part that hangs in the doorway. There is fabric surrounding them and attached with a gromet so you can’t see if there is anything amiss with the connection. I guess my mistake for assuming when something arrives put together and not being able to see the components holding up a child due to the fabric concealing them, that there could be an issue. I am traumatized, but Luckily, I don’t think the baby was injured when he came crashing to the floor and the spring hit him in the head on the way down. Guess the fabric prevented a laceration, so that’s a plus.

Poor quality for the straps
It’s barely been used and the adjustable straps are already loosening while he’s jumping. He ends up with his butt on the floor.

BAD REVIEW!! Injuries could occur!!
Zero stars needs to be an option for product reviews. My baby is 6 months old and just about 20lbs. We put him in this jumper to play for a little while, with us in the room and our older children sitting right by him (thank goodness!!) After about 20 mins of light bouncing and turning, the back strap attachment of the jumper snapped and my baby fell backwards out of the seat. Thankfully, my older son was so close he was able to prevent the baby’s head from hitting our tile floor! This was only our 3rd or 4th time using the jumper seat and we’ve never had him in the seat for longer than 30 mins at a time depending on his temperament / attitude / want to play. I’m very adamant about checking reviews on any and all products I buy and this was never once a mentioned issue!

Faulty swing.
I was very disappointed with this swing. The baby was sitting in the swing and the back strap broke and baby fell to floor. Would definitely not recommend this for another child. He only just started using it about a month ago and the strap broke loose while he was just sitting . He is less than five months old and not a large child. I only gave it one star because it would not send without checking something. Rating 0 stars.

It came just as it looks in the picture. However, you can not adjust the three straps attached to the chair. You can only adjust the one attached to the spring. It wasn’t balanced and the chair sits lopsided. One of the lines needs to b adjusted but we haven’t figured out what to do yet. Maybe sew it or glue it🤷🏽♀️

Dangerous junk. Do not buy!
Do NOT buy this!! A strap came out of the base and my grand child fell out backwards the first day we used it. The strap will not snap into place and stay there. Piece of dangerous junk!
