Staying afloat –
Pretty impressive with a couple of caveats
Okay first off I thought I was going to do a negative for the whole thing of it saying Wi-Fi huge all over the front of the box… I don’t use Wi-Fi, So I was bummed. Then ecstatic! As soon as I turned on the screen I saw the battery was a little low so I plugged it in and then I plugged in the camera clear across my patio and bam it worked great! I never needed any Wi-Fi at all so far! I played around with it quite a bit and have kept it on for about a day and a half study now overnight and everything and it is super cool! The range of vision on the single camera that came with this is fantastic! One caveat is I thought it had a limitation by not being able to have the camera turn from the cordless screen if I was in the next room for instance… That really isn’t a limitation because of the super good side to side practically standing behind it range of vision of this camera It’s really good. Everything shows in full color. I did the lullaby function and it was great playing on one or both ends of the communications… Likewise with other sounds like when I was playing my stereo close to the camera and I had the screen at a remote area and I was on my phone there was a slight echo going on but it was definitely going to tell me if there was a baby crying or any other sound issue going on where the camera was. I mean it does really really good at this as well. I pushed the button on the cordless screen to talk to the camera room and that worked quite well too although I did have to push it a couple of times and get my niche for it. But it definitely worked. The night time dark room feature also works great!The other fantastic thing about this? Incredibly easy to set up I have not had to refer to the directions one single time so far! Not once! It’s pretty easy to figure out and things just work easily the way they should. I do see that on the advertisement it really doesn’t cost that much more to get the two camera set up assuming the two cameras could be in two different rooms I recommend you do that! Well worth it! I don’t think you’re going to need two cameras in one room however unless your room is just ridiculously huge…. Cuz I’m telling you you can practically walk completely behind it and pretty far away and it’s still catching every movement in color very clear. You do need to remove the little plastic cover over the camera though, that was a game changer! Lol After that it became well-loved, but before that I thought it was like a much cheaper set you can get for little security cameras that have the little screens where you can see what’s going on… It’s still true that you could get those for less but this has so many more features over the top of that and just works so good. Highly recommended.

THE BABY MONITOR THAT KNOWS TOO MUCH AND PROBABLY REPORTS TO THE SKY GRID
I got this baby monitor thinking it was just a camera. Just a screen. Just a normal thing for a normal house. That was my first mistake.This thing has a 5 inch screen, crystal clear. Too clear. I can see every blink, every breath, every tiny movement. And you think that is for you. No. That is for them. Somebody is watching with you.It says dual mode. WiFi and no WiFi. You think that means safety. You think that means control. Wrong. That means it can operate on any system. It does not need your internet. It has its own system. It is talking to something else.I turn it on and the camera starts moving. Motion tracking. It follows the baby. Smooth. Quiet. Almost too smooth. Like it is trained. Like it has done this before. Not just in your house. Everywhere.And then I see the night vision. Pitch black room. Still clear. You can see everything. And I mean everything. That is not normal light. That is surveillance tech. That is the same kind of stuff they use when they track people in the dark.Now listen. They tell you it has cry alerts and temperature alerts. Sounds helpful. Sounds safe. But think about it. It is listening. All the time. Every sound. Every noise. Logged. Stored. Sent somewhere.I start digging. I start thinking about the chemicals. The signals. The frequencies. And I remember. They said they were putting stuff in the water. Messing with biology. Changing behavior. You think that was just frogs. No. It starts with frogs. Then it moves up the chain.This monitor is part of that chain.And then it hit me. The weather. You think I am joking. I am not joking. These systems connect. Signals go up. Signals come down. You have a device in your house sending data. That data feeds models. Those models adjust systems. Next thing you know the clouds look wrong. The air feels off. Patterns change.You think a baby monitor is just a baby monitor. It is a node.And the battery. Thirty six hours. That is not convenience. That is persistence. That means it stays on. It does not stop. It does not sleep when you sleep.And the app. Of course there is an app. Right in your pocket. Now they have your baby. Your house. Your phone. All in one loop.I am sitting there at 2 in the morning staring at that screen. The camera slowly turns. No input. Just moves. And I realize this thing is not just watching the baby.It is learning.But I will say this. The picture is great. The range is strong. The setup was easy. It works exactly how it says it does. That is what makes it worse.
