Good but not great.
I wanted to love this but it just falls short. Baby slips down easily and if I make it any tighter, there is a strap that for some reason goes across their whole back and are also attached to the side tightening straps so it seems like it cuts off his circulation and also makes him uncomfy. Very soft and stretchy, just wish they didn’t make this strap go across the whole carrier/baby.

Soft and easy to use, but shoulder straps feel restrictive
This carrier is really soft and simple to put on, which I loved. The only downside is the shoulder straps — they feel a little restrictive when I try to lift my arms, so it’s harder to get things done while wearing it. Great fabric and comfort, just not the best for full range of motion. I’d love to give it 5 stars but I find that it’s not my first choice for baby wearing.

Such great attention to detail for both safety and comfort
For any other first time parents who aren’t used to trying to figure out these contraptions, save yourself some time and before even starting with the detailed instructions for how to put this on, UNBUCKLE EVERYTHING. Ours came with some buckles already done up and we were really struggling to figure out how to follow the instructions to the side/back buckles until we realized that they were already (incorrectly!) buckled into themselves on the same side, forming arm loops, rather than crossing over the back to buckle in to the other side to form an “X” on the back. While the detailed written instructions and pictures are okay, I’d really recommend checking out the videos that they reference throughout the manual, much easier in my opinion to follow along until you’re more comfortable with all the ends and outs of this sling.Every single buckle has a lock/unlock slider that will prevent the buckle from coming undone if it’s in the “lock” position. The lower strap is a bit hard to adjust, but that’s because it’s a little thicker than the average strap since it’s been wrapped in a softer material, which makes it far more gentler against the back than just the bare canvas strap so it’s well worth the little extra time it takes to adjust this part. Every strap also has an elastic loop at the end which can be used to roll up & contain any dangling unused parts of the strap, see my pictures for an example of how that works.The shoulder straps are extra wide and made of a very soft and slightly stretchy material, which is very comfortable. Once you get everything on and adjusted, this sling feels very secure and gives both you & your baby plenty of support. I’m not quite sure yet how useful the lower pockets are — 2 zippered ones on the left and an open slide pocket on the right — since they’re quite small, but it’s a nice touch to have it there where the wearer can easily reach.Overall, everything about this carrier feels high quality and very well thought-out to make things as easy to use while also keeping your baby safe, there’s just a bit of a learning curve to how to put this one, but it becomes easy with a little practice. I’m no professional seamstress, but all the seams appear to be well done, no loose threads anywhere, and the fabric used throughout seems to be quite sturdy while still soft & comfortable.
