After researching many brands…
I love this camera. I’ve done a lot of research and went back and fourth a million times on brands but ultimately decided on this one. Can invite another parent or trusted adult to be able to view and talk through the camera using the app on your phone. I get alerts that the room is too hot when we’ve had some pretty decent weather here recently which I was pleasantly surprised and wasn’t expecting to really work. We were headed out for the day but it was still a plus. The light up color changing and voice response is a plus for a fussy baby that just needs to hear your voice while you sneak off to the potty for a minute. Will also alert you of movement if they are beginning to crawl, or alert of sound aka crying or loud sounds if in the room sleeping. The fact that you can zoom and tilt/rotate the camera using the parent unit is also amazing because I can check out what the dogs are up to as well. Highly recommend. Can’t beat the quality for the price at all.

Requires MyVTech Baby Pro app not Plus
The store listing is wrong. Model RM7866HD uses the MyVTech Baby Pro app, not the MyVTech Baby Plus app. I am trying to buy a monitor that works with my existing cameras that use the MyVTech Baby Plus app, so it is important that the apps match. The screenshots and store listing are incorrect, so after I received the device I can see the label on the box and the manual both indicate that this model requires the MyVTech Baby Pro app. This is probably not a problem if you are only buying this one item, because you can just switch apps, but this is making it very difficult to buy the version I need.
