Amazing baby monitor and even amazing Customer Service Dept
This company is absolutely amazing, I received the baby monitor as a gift from my baby shower. Love love love the monitor, picture quality night vision has everything even a two way radio. The monitor stopped working the button wasn’t working and I didn’t have it registered because it was a gift I tried. I contacted the company, just to see if I can just get a monitor not the whole thing. They emailed me back and said a new one was on the way to replace the defective one. The process was stress free the customer service was amazing. I didn’t wAnt to have to get another one because I just purchased another camera so I can have one in each room she plays in. Again I would like to say thank you to the customer service department!!

Good monitor for the price
This is an add on camera to the monitor I already had. Used this one in the play room so I could monitor my son while he’s in there. The monitor/camera is very good for the price you pay. With my first son I had one of the fancier, aka more expensive, baby monitors. I’d say this one is comparable in picture quality, range and battery life. Daylight picture is great. Night time is good. No bells or whistles with this one, no pan option, but there is a zoom in feature. The switching between two cameras works well. My needs are very minimal when it comes to monitors, so this does just what I need. I don’t want a wifi option, and don’t care for things like music, temp display or the two-way speaking. I actually had a sound only monitor until my son was about a year old. Only got this one when he started to nap in his room and I wanted to see if/when he falls asleep and wakes up. If your baby monitor needs are minimalistic like mine, you won’t go wrong with this one. If you want bells and whistles, spend $200 on the fancy ones.

Good purchase!
Why didn’t we buy one of these for baby #1?! We LOVE this. Great to monitor the kids for naps or in their rooms. I love that I can move the cameras around, talk to them (intervene when they’re doing something they shouldn’t be) and even go outside and get pretty good range. I’d say range through our brick house is about 100ft. Cons: camera cords could be longer. It BARELY reaches from wall plug to a shelf so I can see the whole room or down into the baby’s crib. Battery lasts about 9hrs on standby. Less with more screen use. Has a slight delay. Like 3 seconds on sound. Sometimes I hear baby’s first cry seconds before the camera activiates. It does activate to sounds or movement though. Overall 4/5 stars. I’ve even used a camera to monitor the temperature on an egg incubator remotely and to watch baby ducklings hatch inside the incubator too.

Unlike some other reviews have said (who seem to have failed to read the directions in the product description) you did NOT have to re-pair each camera everytime you want to change views. You can have up to 4 cameras connected amc rotating through simultaneously. The mistake is make when you go through the pairing menu to simply change cameras. All you have to do to change views from camera to camera is to click the OK button. If you want it to automatically cycle through each camera, click the OK button repeatedly until you see the “loop” icon appear at the top. Honestly, I’ve never seen a better monitor for the price.

Love the moveable camera!
Love this monitor! I went with a cheap one first which was a mistake! I should have registered for this one. I am soooooo loving that I can put baby down and then leave the room and adjust camera from the monitor. My old one did not have this option. Sound quality, picture quality, battery life, portability are all amazing compared to my cheap one!! Would for sure recommend! It also has the option for more cameras for future babes!

Monitor Screen Stopped Working
Updating review:Overall this camera monitor did the job. Worked good except for the music; does not sound good when played. Very muffled and static.Camera picked up the stream well.The monitor just stopped working a couple days ago. Cannot figure out why the monitor screen “died” and won’t turn on any longer. The screen image also froze before it shut off and now it won’t even turn on.Lasted almost 4 years.

We have now had this unit since July and it cannot hold a charge. No matter how long it stays plugged in the unit has only 1 bar of charge and must be plugged in at all times.

I had this baby monitor for 2-3 months, it worked awesome but all of a sudden, the screen part would not charge. I haven’t been able to turn it on since and it will not charge with any new cord.
