Each key has a powerful 3,100 Gauss Neodymium magnet with a 2-inch reach and is universally compatible with all our magnetic locks.
Is it easy to remove?
Yes, the locks are designed for easy removal. For best results use alcohol or dental floss to loosen the adhesive. They typically won’t damage paint or surfaces, but we recommend testing a small, hidden area first.
Do I need any tools or drills for installation? Are the locks visible once installed?
No tools are required—our locks install easily with strong 3M adhesive. For a more permanent hold, especially if adults might forget the locks are there and pull hard, optional screws are included. Once installed, the locks are completely hidden.
Some locks aren’t staying locked. Is this a defect?
Not necessarily. In some cases, metal cabinet knobs or their screws can become magnetized and interfere with the lock activating. Try moving the lock about half an inch away from the knob—this usually fixes the issue!
My drawers don’t close properly with the lock. How can I fix this?
No worries! For inset drawers, our included alignment ruler helps you place the catcher deep enough so the drawer closes smoothly. In some cases, mounting the lock sideways works best—it still functions perfectly and keeps little hands out!

These are great for baby proofing!
5 stars!They were easy to install, and my toddlers cannot pry them open. I like how there’s multiple “keys”, so one is stuck to the oven, and another to the fridge so I don’t have to run back and forth.They come with adhesive, but I only used that to hold them up so the locks could be drilled in with the provided screws.I like that they cannot be seen for outside the cabinets, I just painted ours and added new hardware before I had the twins, so the aesthetics are important to me. I would never sacrifice safety for aesthetics, and these are very strong when installed correctly!There’s a sticker you can add to the outside of the cabinet to indicate where the lock is, but the image got wiped off after multiple cleanings. It doesn’t bother me, at this point I know where the lock is anyway, and I don’t want to give the boys any more hints.

Keeps kids out
Easy to install! The installation frame makes it a breeze to line up the lock parts for effective safety. I baby proofed my kitchen, living room, and bathroom in less than an hour. The 24 pack has a few handy storage pads to keep the magnet “key” within adult reach so it doesn’t get lost.Also simple procedure to keep them unlocked when baby/toddler is not there (great for when my granddaughter is at her home and I don’t want to deal with repeatedly unlocking my cabinets).It’s worth noting that if you have self-closing cabinets with magnets that are embedded in the wood, you’ll have to find an area away from the door magnet in order to make these work. (Ask me how I figured that out…🤣🤣🤣)Overall, these locks are an easy way to keep your little ones safe.

Affordable and Wonderful!
I have nothing but amazing things (minus one flaw) to say about these locks. We first got them for our rental house so we didn’t have to worry about creating any holes in drawers. It’s very easy to apply and they stay on so well after the first day or so. You just have to be mindful and not yank open a drawer right after installation. We loved them so much that we purchased a second pack when we moved houses. The only negative thing about this exact lock type is that you cannot buy the sticker adhesives separately. There’s one company I came across on the internet that sells them, but it’s practically for the same costs as a whole new kit. I also am so impressed with the customer service. I had issues with just three locks out of the kit, and I got immediate help from customer support.

Great locks to keep little ones out of cupboards
These work pretty well. I’m only giving 4 stars because the adhesive of some are not that strong even after holding them. However, in 90% of them worked without issue. For the other reviews that complained I didn’t see any comments that the pieces for the cabinet and drawers have screws and you are able to screw them to the cabinet or drawers. We did this on one and it was pretty easy and very secure. I really like that you can turn off the lock, particularly when putting away dishes and then re-enable the lock. The magnets work well to open the latches, and have several hidden under upper cabinets for easy access. We didn’t use the stickers, but put the latches in the same place on each drawer and cabinet door. I would definitely recommend, these are much better than traditional child latches.

Safety with ease
Easy installation. Works well. Surprisingly strong hold. Be sure not to stick the pieces on all the way before testing. If you’re slightly off the hook will not catch. Still an easy fix though.

Adhesive doesn’t work
There’s no way this is 3M adhesive. I finally got around to putting them on our cupboards after moving, gave them a test wiggle and it didn’t budge. Great. Moved onto the next cabinet and one small tug was all it took to yank the striker right off. Surprised, I thought it was just bad adhesive of the one striker and then replaced it. Nope. Same thing happened. I then thought I didn’t clean my cabinet well enough for the adhesive to stick, nope. Still came right off with an average force of an adult opening a cabinet. Confused I turned back to the two I had already mounted and did a test pull of equal force as I used the first time. Lo and behold, both the lock and striker broke off this time. Clean breaks too, no adhesive residue was left on the cabinet frame. Either my cabinets have some sort of varnish that is not compatible with this adhesive or this adhesive truly sucks. We rent so I wasn’t about to mount them with screws. You would for sure have to use them to make these locks sturdy enough to work. My 12 month old will certainly break all of these by tugging on them with her full body weight if I can knock the whole thing off that easily. There is a free warranty that comes with the product, but buyer beware, you have to register within 7 days after receiving it. That simply wasn’t possible for us as we were moving right after these were delivered. Super disappointed.
