Great product and great customer service!
The baby smoother is great, but the customer service was even better! For starters, the first one we were sent the music went out within 10 seconds and just didn’t come back on, so we went on to TikTok to the company’s page and messaged on there and had such professionalism and kindness in return. We were asked just a few questions and given instructions to get a replacement, and the new one we were sent works the way it is supposed to and is a total game changer for our baby who was struggling with tummy time and just needed a little something to give her that extra little motivation to lift her head. The fruit are exactly like hey bear sensory on YouTube without the added blue light from a screen and the music is engaging with also having another sound option to help sooth to sleep as well! The remote it comes with also is a nice touch as you can turn it back on if it times out without having to go up to it.

My daughter loves dancing fruit and she absolutely is obsessed with this. Definitely amazing for car rides to keep their attention and to make them smile!

Low Quality, Broken on Arrival.
Expensive, poor sound quality, the pineapple doesn’t move and appears to be broken. Requires 4 C batteries, the fruits have a very small limited movement pattern for the ones that do work. There’s multiple functions and a giant sensor on top. The build quality feels cheap, everything is plastic and a single drop is likely to break this, which is likely why the pineapple doesn’t work since there was basically no shock proof aspects to the packaging for delivery. The mounting mechanism seems well designed as opposed to the rest of the product.

Bedtime is so much easier now
My niece’s baby used to struggle to fall asleep and would get fussy at night. Since we started using this soother, bedtime has been so much easier. The swinging fruits keep her attention while she settles down, and once the calming music or womb sound is on, she drifts off much faster than before.I like that it’s sturdy and easy to clean, and the volume has just two simple levels, which is enough for us. It does run on batteries, but honestly the peace it brings has made it worth it. I wasn’t sure how helpful it would be at first, but now I can’t imagine bedtime without it.

Expensive for what it is. The fruit just move back and forth one one track and eventually the music continues playing but they stop moving. It does keep my child entertained for a while though
